Ministry of Mothers Sharing

Ministry of Mothers Sharing (MOMS) is a new peer program at Cabrini, designed to affirm women who have children in their lives.

The purpose of MOMS is to create in women an awareness of the inner sacred self, while at the same time teaching them new ways to inspire, encourage, and affirm each other.  Through the process of personal and spiritual growth, women have the opportunity to clarify their values, claim their own giftedness, and bring these new strengths to their relationships and the Christian community.

 Through prayer and shared experiences, the nine-session program will nurture God’s presence in a woman’s life, her family and her home.

This will take place monthly, beginning in October. Participants can register for a Monday evening session or a Tuesday morning session, both of which are held the third week of the month. Childcare will be provided. The group will meet in the Wayne Wesenberg Wing of Holy Family House.

Preregistration is necessary to order the materials needed, and there is a $20 fee for the journal that will be used. The registration form is available at www.st.frances.cabrini.m.o.m.s.@gmail.com,  in the parish office, or under the forms link on the left side menu.
